13. A flood has occurred in 1 mile away from my house and like 7 people died during this flood.
14. The koloco dam happened here here on Kauai about 4 years ago.
15. Its dangers were killed people swept away houses trees pets and more.
16. No one was prepare for it cause the dam broke by to much rain flowing into it.

more facts about part four

13. This dam flooded all the way to Rockory beach and the road was blocked for about 2 days.
14. this flood was about 5 feet tall.
15. Floods can travel at 20 miles per hour and they are usually pretty tall if u ask me!
16. Floods can block the water to be like 20 feet or so so imagine when that flood broke!!
