maunt st.helins erupted in Woshingten state.

1.A volcano eruption happened in 1809 in a village called Pompeii and Herculaneum.The volcano is called mount Vesuvius.The people of the village thought it was dead,it wasn’t it was only sleeping.One day on August 24,the eruption started.It killed almost everyone.
2.The damages were that people and animals got burned,buried alive and suffocated.
3.The people were not prepared for the eruption and the were very surprised.

Terrific facts. I found it interesting that this happened way back in 1809. – Manu
